Template

SMS Templates are predefined SMS you can send to the users. You can manage all the SMS templates from the Template tab. Go to SMS Settings > Template.

SMS Templates

The Total SMS Templates section displays a list of available SMS templates in the form of cards. Each card displays following details:

• The template name

• The template owner

• Usage count

• One of the following template status:

  • Active

  • Draft

  • Inactive

Use the search field to search for a template.

The Text Message Preview section displays a preview of the selected SMS template.
